JFK x TREAT
Marketing Director
-
JFK Terminal 4 (JFKIAT) is New York’s primary international airport terminal.
Treat (by XpresSpa Group) is an innovative travel health, wellness, and digital concierge service provider operating integrated wellness centers in major airports. -
This partnership introduced Treat’s travel health and wellness suite to JFK Terminal 4, offering passengers on-site concierge health, wellness treatments, and digital health services.
The activation was designed to alleviate travel anxiety, support passenger well-being, and drive wellness service adoption during post-pandemic travel recovery. -
Unstable Customer Sentiment
The initiative needed to address heightened passenger health stress in high-density transit environments while overcoming low awareness of premium travel health services.
Furthermore, TREAT required driving immediate service bookings within narrow pre-flight time windows. -
The strategy deployed targeted concourse signage, digital terminal media, and pre-travel digital messaging that highlighted Treat’s health and wellness offerings.
Dynamic messaging emphasized convenience, stress relief, and holistic health benefits to guide travelers directly into the Treat wellness location. -
The collaboration generated significant lifts in passenger walk-in appointments and digital concierge app downloads, strengthening Treat’s market presence in aviation wellness.
The initiative positioned JFK T4 as an innovative airport leader in holistic passenger care and health safety. -
As Marketing Director , I led cross-functional team deployment to launch the Treat health and wellness opening with marketing, media, and travel influencers at JFK T4.
In addition, I led stakeholder coordination, concourse customer journey mapping, and lifecycle promotional planning to drive health service adoption and elevate passenger wellness across every touchpoint of the airport experience.
